| Office Tenant Parking Rates and Information |

| Validations may be purchased by office tenants to provide parking for their visitors, clients and guests. Stickers are available in $1.00, $2.00, $5.00 and $13.00 increments. Please contact Tenant Services at (425) 822-1700 if you wish to purchase parking validations. |

| Additional Parking Information
| | Tenants who need additional stalls above their lease allotment will pay 1.5 times the regular rate up to an amount equal to 20% of their total allotted amount. Any stalls above this 20% amount will be charged at double the regular rate. For example, a Tenant with 100 stalls per their lease may lease up to 20 additional stalls at 1.5 times the regular rate. Therefore, all stalls over 120 would be charged at double the regular rate. Parking for any additional stalls will be in the P5000 garage, on an unreserved basis, and made available at Landlords discretion. All additional stalls may be revoked by Landlord if it is determined space is not available to accommodate additional stalls.
