The Carillon Point Marina is one of the premier marinas in the Northwest featuring an environmentally friendly concrete float system with octagonal concrete piles. The marina offers 200 slips ranging from 30' to 60'. Its innovative double breakwater design provides the most protected moorage available on Lake Washington. |

At each slip you will find a dock box, water spigot, cable TV hook-up and phone jack, with power available at 110v, 30 or 50 amp, depending on your slip size. |

Complimentary parking is a available for marina tenants at any time within the 5000 parking garage. And for your convenience, complimentary 1 hour parking in the 2000 parking garage is provided for loading and unloading. Your guests may park for free in the 3000 and 5000 parking garages on the weekends or after 7:00 p.m. on weekdays. |

Gas and other marine services are available within a 100 yards of the marina. Boat ramps and hoists are available within a 2 mile radius along the lake. |

Carillon Properties supports the protection of our waters and environment from harmful wastes. Designated areas are available for recycling cardboard, glass, aluminum and oil. The disposal or recycling of other hazardous waste materials, may be coordinated with the marina staff. |

For Vendors who work on your vessel, the Carillon Point Marina offers Vendor Agreements as a system for providing services to our tenants while providing a safe and clean environment. |
