| Currently there are no available slips at the marina. For more specific information about our slips, please visit our Map of Slips page. All leases within the marina run on a month-to-month basis making it difficult to determine waiting list timelines. If you are interested in being placed on the waiting list please carefully read the information below. |

| Waiting List Information: |
| If you would like to be placed on the waiting list, please fill out and send the provided Marina Application along with your $100 deposit to Carillon Properties to the address listed below. The $100 deposit is applied as follows: $35.00 application fee (non-refundable) and a $65.00 deposit (refundable if you choose to be removed from the waiting list). If you are interested in paying for a larger slip than you need to get in the marina faster, please make note of this on the application otherwise you will be placed on the wait list that best suites your boat size. | Guest Moorage Information: |
| Guest Moorage at Carillon Point is provided on a fist come, first serve basis. Beginning the 1st of January every year, we will take reservation requests. To make a request, please contact the Marina Manager. Within 2 weeks of your arrival date you will be contacted if there are any slips available for your stay. After you have been notified there is a slip available, please confirm your Guest Moorage stay, by returning the Guest Moorage Form to our office during business hours, paying for your slip and picking up your Marina Access Key. |

| Public Guest Pier Information: |
| The Carillon Point Public Guest Pier is available on a first come first serve basis unless signs on the dock say otherwise. For saftey reasons, boats larger than 36' are required to use the outside of the Guest Pier. Boats that are using the dock to load and unload over 25 guests are required to submit a Charter Boat Reservation Form and pay accordingly prior to your arrival. This ensures availability and allows us to plan accordingly for moorage planning purposes. Please note, that under no circumstances are seaplanes allowed to dock on the Public Guest Pier. |
