Carillon Point’s Marina (Latitude 47.65676 North, Longitude 122.20649 West) provides so many conveniences that you may even forget to leave the dock. Situated on Kirkland’s beautiful waterfront, the marina offers unsurpassed views of Lake Washington, the Olympic Mountains, and Seattle’s skyline. The marina is a focal point of Carillon Point’s many attractions. Neighboring amenities include some of the area’s most popular fine and casual restaurants, coffee bars, a destination four-star hotel, boutique shopping, and even a relaxing spa and salon.

Guest Moorage Information
Guest Moorage at Carillon Point is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. Beginning the 1st of January every year, we will take reservation requests. To make a request, please contact the Marina Manager and turn in your Guest Moorage Form. Within 2 weeks of your arrival date, you will be contacted if there are any slips available for your stay. After you have been notified there is a slip available, the Marina Manager will confirm your Guest Moorage stay, by processing your payment and informing you of where to pick up your Marina Access Key.
Public Guest Pier Information
The Carillon Point Public Guest Pier is available on a first-come, first-served basis for those on personal, recreational vessels unless signs on the dock or the Dockmaster staff say otherwise. For safety reasons, boats larger than 32′ are required to use the outside of the Guest Pier.
There is NO overnight moorage on the Guest Pier, and violators are subject to an impound fee and vessel towing.
All vessels attempting to dock on the Guest Pier from December 12 – December 31, MUST make a reservation.
All charter reservations are charged at $4 per boat foot, per reservation, regardless of size or number of passengers. Charters MUST submit a Charter Boat Reservation Form and provide a Certificate of Insurance to Carillon Properties prior to arrival.
Please note, that under no circumstances are seaplanes allowed to dock on the Public Guest Pier or anywhere else at Carillon Point.
