The Carillon Point Marina provides so many conveniences that you may even forget to leave the dock. Situated on Kirkland’s beautiful waterfront, the marina offers unsurpassed views of Lake Washington, the Olympic Mountains, and Seattle skyline. The marina is a focal point of Carillon Point’s many attractions. Neighboring amenities include some of the area’s most popular fine and casual restaurants, coffee bars, a luxury boutique four-star hotel, full-service day spa, salon, health club facilities, and auto detail.
As a tenant of the Carillon Point Marina, you receive many great benefits. Consider the easy parking privileges, 24/7 secured dock, on-site crew, power, telephone and cable hookups, showers, and year-round pump-out station.

Waitlist Information

Thank you for your interest in the Carillon Point Marina. At this time, we are not accepting new applications. If you are currently on the waitlist, your position has not changed. If you would like to be removed from the waitlist, please contact us at (425) 822-1700.

Guest Moorage Information

Guest Moorage at Carillon Point is provided on a first come, first serve basis. Beginning the 1st of January every year, we will take reservation requests.

Carillon Point currently does not have designated Guest Moorage Slips. Availability is based on current tenants being out of their slips. Because of this, guest moorage reservations cannot be confirmed until closer to the date of your request. To make a reservation, please complete and return the Guest Moorage Application to the marina manager. Within two weeks of your arrival date, we will contact you with available slips.

Public Guest Pier Information

The Carillon Point Public Guest Pier is available on a first-come, first-serve basis unless signs on the dock or the Dockmaster staff say otherwise. For safety reasons, boats larger than 32′ are required to use the outside of the Guest Pier. 

There is NO overnight moorage on the Guest Pier, and violators are subject to an impound fee and vessel towing. 

All boats being hired for private charter, regardless of size or number of guests, MUST submit a Charter Boat Reservation Form and provide a Certificate of Insurance to Carillon Properties prior to arrival. This helps set expectations for availability and allows us to plan accordingly for space on the Guest Pier. Charters with less than 15 people are able to dock free of charge as long as the reservation form and insurance requirements have been satisfied prior to arrival. All charters over 15 people shall be charged at $4 per boat foot, per reservation. 

Please note, that under no circumstances are seaplanes allowed to dock on the Public Guest Pier or anywhere else at Carillon Point. 

Dining

If you are dining at one of the restaurants on site (COMO, LeGrand, Beach Cafe) please note that there is no guarantee of docking space for restaurant guests. The pier is first come, first serve with a 2-hour docking limit. During the summer season, Dock Attendants will be on-site to monitor the Pier and direct boaters.
